TESTIMONIALS
“Total Construction is contracted for the vast majority of my concrete needs and masonry. They have also completed some of my pre-cast stone jobs in the past. Total Construction handles the jobs that I have given them in a very professional, clean and timely manner. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of concrete and masonry work that they have completed for me. I would turn to Total Construction for any of my future work that requires them to be a part of and I know that the job will be completed the way that I expect it to be.”

“It was a long hard 9 months between myself, your concrete crew and the 300,000 Square feet of sidewalks. Even though I was irritated many days and nights in general we are very happy with the work your crews performed. Although all your employees gave 110% everyday the project would not have been as successful without Armando's ability to fix problems. Even with the City of Myrtle Beach checking every panel of concrete we only replaced less than 1% of the sidewalks.”

“As a developer of Ocean Keyes in North Myrtle Beach, I would highly recommend Roman Perez and Total Construction for concrete and foundation work of all kinds. At Ocean Keyes, this company was responsible for foundation work for over 12 buildings, as well as post tension raised slab construction for one of our 24 unit 'Beach Villas'. Total Construction also installed various on site sidewalks, steps and decorative paving. Total Construction also built the foundations, brick veneer, and block party walls for our townhomes. You may view photographs of these buildings at www.oceankeyes.com. Roman is also trustworthy and consistent in his trade. I hope this message is helpful.”

“As completion of the Market Common Myrtle Beach project draws to a close, on behalf of Plant Construction Company I would like to express our gratitude to Total Construction Company for your role in the successful completion of the project.
The Market Common project was a $125 million fast-tracked "Urban Village" comprised of many individual projects representing various types of construction and end-users. The project featured fashionable retail, upscale restaurants, high-end residential, as well as multiple parking decks, a movie theater, Class A office space, a gourmet grocer, a City Park, and all the infrastructure necessary to support the overall development.
Total Construction played an integral role in the Market Common project, with your primary responsibility placement of over a quarter million square feet of hardscapes tying together the overall project. These hardscapes involved not only placement of concrete sidewalk and brick paver systems, but also rough-in of thousands of feet of underground conduit necessary for irrigation, signage, Muzak, lighting, and communications systems.
Total Construction's responsibilites also included flatwork associated with installing a comprehensive traffic signal system, construction of various masonry screenwalls and raised planters, renovation of two water features, installation of decorative bollards, erection of a children's playground structure and fencing system, and many other services too numerous to mention, all of which were keys to the success of the project and represented an overall contract amount well in excess of $1,000,000.00.
Without the cooperation, flexibility, dedication, and commitment to the project on behalf of Total Construction, the Market Common project would not have been the tremendous success it was. Total Construction was always standing by to assist in any way possible to ensure the project continued moving forward towards an aggressive completion date and I can honestly say we couldn't have made it without you.
On behalf of the Market Common Myrtle Beach team, thanks to Total Construction for "A Job Well Done"!”
